These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and naya24 (the "Operator", "Platform", "we", "us" or "our") concerning your access to and use of the naya24 website, mobile platform, services and all associated gaming and betting products available at https://naya24.cam and any subdomains thereof.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, placing a wager or otherwise using any feature of naya24, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you fully understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 3.3 Jurisdiction. It is the User's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the naya24 platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence or location. The Operator makes no representation that the Services are available or lawful in any particular country or region. Users located in Pakistan must independently assess the applicability of the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other relevant legislation before participating.

3.4 One Account Per Person. Each natural person is permitted to register and maintain only one Account on the naya24 platform. The creation of duplicate, shared or otherwise multiplied Accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, the Operator reserves the right to close all related Accounts, void any associated bets or bonuses, and withhold any funds derived from prohibited activity.

3.5 Personal Use Only. Accounts are for the personal, recreational use of the registered User only. You may not register or operate an Account on behalf of any other person, business entity, syndicate or professional gambling operation.

4.1 Registration Accuracy. You must provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information when registering your Account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address and any other information requested during registration or the KYC process.

4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. The Operator will never ask for your password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity that occurs under your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified the Operator immediately of any suspected breach of security.

4.4 Account Closure by User. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team. The Operator will process such requests promptly. Outstanding real-money balances subject to completed KYC and no outstanding withdrawal holds will be returned to the User via an available withdrawal method.

4.5 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. The Operator reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee or to close such Accounts in accordance with its published dormant account policy. Affected Users will be notified to the registered email address before any action is taken.

5.1 Available Methods. The Operator supports a range of deposit methods. 6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. A User may submit a withdrawal request provided that: (a) their Account has been fully verified in accordance with the KYC requirements set out in Section 4.3; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus funds have been met; (c) the requested withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold applicable to the selected method; and (d) no outstanding investigations or holds are active on the Account.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. As an illustrative example only: a bonus of PKR 1,000 subject to a 30x wagering requirement would require PKR 30,000 in total qualifying bets before any withdrawal request can be processed. 7.3 Maximum Bet During a Bonus. While bonus funds are active in your Account, a maximum bet per single wager applies. Exceeding the stated maximum bet limit while playing with an active bonus may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided at the Operator's discretion.

7.4 Game Contribution Rates. Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10–20%) or may not contribute at all. 7.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses are subject to an expiry period. 7.6 Sticky vs. Non-Sticky Bonuses. A sticky bonus remains in the Account as a separate bonus balance and is removed upon withdrawal; only net cash winnings may be withdrawn. 7.7 Abuse and Misuse. The Operator reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to restrict or close an Account, where it reasonably determines that a User has exploited, abused or circumvented the spirit of any promotion. This includes, without limitation, matched-betting strategies using bonus funds, the use of automated tools, or collusion between multiple accounts.

7.8 Operator Discretion. The Operator reserves the right to alter, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that any such change does not retrospectively affect bonuses already accepted and in active use.

8.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by the Operator. The Operator reserves the right to refuse or restrict any bet placed by any User, at any time, at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

8.2 Odds and Prices. Sports betting odds are displayed in decimal format unless otherwise configured by the User. Quoted odds are subject to change at any time prior to the final confirmation of a bet. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, the odds at the time of acceptance are binding.

8.3 Minimum and Maximum Stake. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and may vary by market, event type and User account. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting interface at the time of bet placement.

8.4 Void Bets. A bet may be voided where: an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled; a technical error affected the odds or outcome display; the result of an event is overturned by the relevant governing body; or other circumstances beyond the Operator's reasonable control affect the integrity of the event. Voided bets are settled at the original stake returned to the User's Account.

8.5 Manifestly Incorrect Odds. In the event of a manifest pricing error — where odds are posted at a level that does not reflect a genuine market price — the Operator reserves the right to void affected bets and to settle them at the correct odds where technically feasible. Users are encouraged to notify the Operator immediately if they believe they have identified an erroneous price.

8.6 Cricket and PSL Specific. For bets placed on Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, ICC tournaments, domestic Pakistan cricket and international matches involving the Pakistan national team, specific event rules — including rules for Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) revised targets, abandoned matches and super-overs — are published in the sports rules section accessible from the betting interface.

8.7 Casino Game Rules. Each casino game — whether slot, table game, live dealer or instant game — is governed by its individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's published rules and these Terms, the game rules shall apply to that game specifically.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the naya24 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering as a minor or providing false information during registration or KYC;
• Creating or operating more than one Account on the platform;
• Using another person's identity, payment method or Account without their express authorisation;
• Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive or collusive activity of any kind, including collusion with other players;
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, pricing errors or any other platform defect for financial advantage;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software that interacts with the platform without human input;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing or any other activity that violates applicable anti-financial-crime legislation;
• Threatening, harassing or abusing platform staff, agents or other users;
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gambling tool, restriction or self-exclusion applied to an Account;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful, having actively misrepresented your location to the platform.

10.1 Entertainment Purpose. Gambling on naya24 is intended to be a form of adult entertainment only. 11.1 Ownership. 11.2 Limited Licence. The Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are conferred.

11.3 Prohibited Use. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, redistribute, publish, display, transmit or otherwise exploit any content from the naya24 platform for any commercial purpose, or in any manner that exceeds the scope of the limited licence granted above, without the prior written consent of the Operator.

11.4 Trademarks. The naya24 name, logo and any associated brand elements are the property of the Operator. Unauthorised use of any naya24 trademark — including in any domain name, social media handle or marketing material — is strictly prohibited.

12.1 Platform Availability. The Operator endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages and force-majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. The Operator shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from such interruptions.

12.2 Technical Errors. Where a technical error — including but not limited to software malfunctions, miscalculated odds, incorrect payout displays or network failures — results in an erroneous game outcome or bet settlement, the Operator reserves the right to void affected transactions and restore the Account to its pre-error state.

12.3 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total cumulative liability to any User in connection with the Services — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any other intangible loss, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, howsoever caused.

12.5 User Responsibility. You access and use the naya24 platform entirely at your own risk. The Operator does not warrant or represent that the Services are suitable for your purposes, that the platform will meet your requirements, or that any content thereon is accurate, complete or current.

13.1 Operator Right to Terminate. The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close a User's Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, collusive or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification to the Operator's satisfaction;
• Where continued account operation would expose the Operator to legal, regulatory or reputational risk;
• Account inactivity in accordance with the dormant account policy;
• At the User's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or closure).

13.2 Consequences of Termination. Upon termination of an Account, the User's access to the platform ceases immediately. Verified real-money balances free of any outstanding holds or disputes will be returned to the User via an available withdrawal method within a reasonable time. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon termination unless the applicable bonus terms specify otherwise.

13.3 Survival. Clauses of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination — including without limitation those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct and dispute resolution — shall remain in full force and effect following any termination of an Account.

14.1 Applicable Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated and/or licensed. Details of the applicable jurisdiction are available upon request to the support team.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and the Operator arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through the Operator's customer support process. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Operator's governing jurisdiction.

14.3 Pakistani Users. Users located in Pakistan acknowledge that the laws of the Operator's governing jurisdiction apply to this Agreement. This does not exempt Pakistani users from compliance with applicable Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Nothing in this clause constitutes legal advice.

15.1 Right to Amend. The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Operator will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email to the address on file, a prominent notice on the platform, or both.

15.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the naya24 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.

15.3 Current Version. The version of these Terms currently published at https://naya24.cam/terms-conditions is the version in effect. Prior versions are superseded in their entirety and are not binding on either party following the effective date of a new version.
